At Sincerely Yours Skincare, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair. We have a NO REFUNDS policy. If you develop a reaction to a product, please contact your doctor/physician immediately. Reactions can occur spontaneously and without the knowledge of the customer. Please keep in mind that everyone's skin texture and sensitivity levels will be different.
